Account Verification After Login At CrossBet
CrossBet asks for verification when it needs to confirm your identity, age, and payment ownership, or when your account activity triggers extra checks. The process runs inside your account area after you sign in and can pause withdrawals until it’s finished.
Verification is required before CrossBet approves your first withdrawal, and it can also be requested after a password reset, a change to your email or phone number, or a login from a new device or location.
CrossBet also requests verification when deposit and withdrawal methods don’t match, when a payment is flagged for chargeback risk, or when the account shows unusual patterns such as multiple accounts linked to the same details.
- ID: A clear photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). The full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date must be visible, and the document must be valid.
- Address: A document dated within the last 3 months that shows your full name and current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill, or an official government letter). Screenshots are rejected if they don’t show the issuer and date.
- Payment Method: Proof you own the payment method used on the account. For cards, CrossBet typically asks for a photo of the card with the middle digits masked and the CVV hidden, while keeping the last 4 digits and cardholder name visible. For e-wallets, it usually accepts an account page screenshot showing your name and wallet ID or email.
- Selfie / Liveness: A selfie holding your ID or a short live check completed in the verification tool. CrossBet uses this when it needs to match the person logging in to the ID document.
CrossBet rejects files that are cropped, blurry, edited, or missing corners, and it may ask for a resubmission if the name on the documents doesn’t match the account profile exactly.
Once CrossBet approves verification, it keeps the status on your profile and may request an update later if your ID expires, your address changes, or you switch to a new withdrawal method.
